We had been to see a few doctors and none had any idea what to do but Mr Alkhaffaf knew immediately! Fantastic doctor very easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly answered every single question patiently, never rushed us at all - can't fault him! He carried out the complicated surgery with no issues, fast healing tiny wounds and provided constant personal care and attention while in hospital - thank you so much! I received a full and comprehensive review of my forthcoming double hernia operation given to me by Mr BilalAlkhafaff in a very relaxed atmosphere This operation has now been successfully carried out with good results. There was very little pain afterwards and the nursing care was excellent.

Dr. Alkhaffaf was wonderful. He came in to do emergency surgery on me, he took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions in a kind way. He even called my husband, who was in the U.S., after the surgery to let him know how it went. It was pleasing and reassuring to be treated as a person seeking help, and not just another statistic.In consultation with Mr.Alkhaffaf, there was no sense of haste, even though Mr Alkhaffaf was running late with his consultations and probably a list of surgical procedures to do in the afternoon. He was honest in spelling out the pros and cons of the procedure he proposed to follow and he saw the whole course of treatment through to a successful conclusion. Throughout the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the final meeting, some 15 weeks later (Christmas and New Year intervened) I felt that Mr Alkhaffa was taking a personal interest in my case. I greatly appreciate his highly skilful completion of my surgery.
